In international oil prices
when ice falling situation, development and reform commission announced that
cut the highest oil retail price. Oil prices for finished product 16 months to
the first cut, the public doesn't seem to happen. The reason is: domestic oil
price has been is going up much less fall. People felt this way is based on
fact: June 20, 2008, the international oil prices close to $140, the domestic
93 gasoline price is 6.2 yuan RMB per liter; July 28, 2009, international crude
oil prices for 70 dollars, almost half portion, and domestic 93 gasoline price
is 6.19 yuan RMB per liter; October 9, international oil prices is $80, and
domestic 93 gasoline prices have stood in 7 yuan on, Beijing reached 7.61 yuan
